Know Before You Go

Hours of Operation
Senses Spa and Ivy Trellis Salon are open daily. We recommend that salon appointments be made ahead by calling (407) WDW-SPAS or (407) 939-7727. Hours vary and may change from season to season. If you wish to utilize the health club during non-attended hours, you may enter with your MagicBand.
Reservations
To schedule treatments, please call (407) WDW-SPAS or (407) 939-7727 up to 180 days in advance. Reservations are highly recommended and most major credit cards are accepted. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
Spa Etiquette
We strive to maintain a tranquil environment and kindly ask that you respect other Guests’ right to privacy and quiet. We also ask that you refrain from loud conversation and speak softly while visiting the Spa. Cell phones, pagers, smartphones, iPads and tablets should be left in your Resort hotel room. If you do bring a mobile device, please make sure that you turn it off or silence it once inside the Spa. Senses Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Arrival
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment to enjoy the Spa amenities and begin your relaxation. Arriving late for your service will result in abbreviated service time and the full price of service will be charged.
Facilities
Guests with reservations at the spa have full-day access (on the day of service) to our amenities, which include a steam room, whirlpool and relaxation lounges. A swimsuit is required to use these facilities. Access to spa facilities and amenities is not included with salon services.
Cancellation
If reservations have not been canceled within 6 hours of the appointment time, the full service amount will be charged.
Gratuity
A 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to all Spa services. Additional gratuities may be included at your discretion.
Age Requirement
Guests younger than 18 years must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times—during service treatment times and in lounge areas. Please speak to a Spa Cast Member if you have any questions. Select services for Guests ages 4 to 12 are available.
For your Comfort
Please leave valuables in your Resort hotel room safe or at home and dress comfortably to enjoy your Spa day.
Medical Concerns
We respect the health of our Guests. If you have a medical condition, we ask that you consult your physician prior to receiving Spa services. Guests who are pregnant must be past their thirteenth week to receive a massage.
Important Details for Spa Guests
· Lockers are available for clothing; however, we recommend that you leave valuables in your in-room safe or at home.
· Robes and slippers are provided in the men’s and women’s locker areas for use before and after your service.
· Robes and sandals are available for purchase in the Spa retail boutique.
· Light snacks and beverages are available in the relaxation lounges.
· When you make your reservation please let us know if you prefer a male or female to provide your treatment. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
· Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please dress to your comfort level. During treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being treated.
· A hot shower can help you relax before your spa treatment and make it more enjoyable.
· Shaving is not recommended prior to services.
· Feel free to talk during the treatment or remain quiet—it’s up to you. Your therapist will follow your lead.
· Your Spa experience is your time, and you should enjoy it to the fullest. If you experience discomfort from table temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please tell your therapist immediately.
· After your treatment, it is customary to vacate the treatment room within a few minutes. You are more than welcome to continue relaxing in our lounge areas.
· If you schedule 2 treatments together, we recommend that you schedule your massage before your facial, body treatment or nail service.
· Please refrain from drinking alcohol prior to your service.
· Drink plenty of water before and after your service.
